Thanksgiving的真相!感恩节这样问候美国客户,订单翻倍!

在美国人心中,感恩节像中国的春节一样隆重,成千上万的美国人不管有多忙,都会在这一天与家人团聚。如果有美国客户,可好好利用这个节日,提前送上祝福邮件的同时促成订单。

关于  感恩节


感恩节是一个由美国人独创的节日,只有美国人过。1941年,美国国会正式将每年11月第四个星期四定为“感恩节”,今年的感恩节是2024年11月28日


感恩节的第二天叫做“黑色星期五”(Black Friday),这一天是美国消费者大采购的开始,因此感恩节假期一般会从星期四持续到星期天。


感恩节在美国是仅次于圣诞节的第二大节日,主要的庆祝方式是阖家团圆吃大餐、看球赛、参加狂欢游行。对于晚餐,火鸡是感恩节的传统主菜,通常是把火鸡肚子里塞上各种调料和拌好的食品,然后整只烤出,鸡皮烤成深棕色,由男主人用刀切成薄片分给大家。然后由各人自己浇上卤汁,洒上盐,味道十分鲜美。此外,感恩节的传统食品还有甜山芋、南瓜饼、果酱、自己烘烤的面包及各种蔬菜和水果等。


需要注意的是,欧洲诸国、澳大利亚等国家也都是不过感恩节的。加拿大有感恩节,但跟美国不是同一天,加拿大是在每年的10月第二个星期一。日本的感恩节在每年的11月23日,正式的名字叫做“勤劳感谢日”(勤労感謝の日),也是法定假日。

感恩节 祝福邮件


不同阶段的美国客户,最好送上不同祝福邮件,提高跟进效果。以下针对不同客户类型提供不同跟进技巧和邮件模板,大家可以修改一下,加些个性化元素。

 

现有客户


不要再滥发贺卡了,因为没有什么比送礼物更直接的了。当然,对于老客户也不能一味送礼,最好根据客户的喜好送一份贴心小礼物,比如家里有小孩的,可以送一些小孩子喜欢的玩具;如果是新合作客户,不了解客户喜好,也没关系,可以送一些带有中国特色的饰品。最后,不要忘记附赠贺卡哦。

此外,也可以拍一些有意思的祝福视频,毕竟视频比文字更直观,也更能打动人,并且很多国外客户对YouTube、TikTok等短视频爱不释手。所以也可以借此机会来上一段,动员公司同事或者自己拍一段客户的专属祝福视频,心意满满,绝对会留下深刻印象。

 

意向客户


可以写一封邮件,千万不要套用模板,因为客户可能会收到十几封甚至几十封邮件,如果想客户对你印象深刻,最好有针对性,比如可以回忆与客户之间的深刻的事情,或者客户曾经对你的帮助,以此致以谢意,最好加一张感恩节贺卡。

强调感恩节前的特别优惠活动即将结束,错过这个时间节点将无法享受当前的优惠价格、折扣或者赠品等。


例如:“Dear customer, our special offers for Thanksgiving are only valid until [date]. Act now to take advantage of these great deals.”、“Limited stock available for these pre-Thanksgiving offers. Don't miss out!”


解决客户疑虑——


如果客户之前对产品质量、运输时间等有疑虑,在催单时针对性地提供解决方案和保证。比如:“Regarding your concern about product quality, we have strict quality control procedures in place. And for shipping time, we have partnered with reliable logistics companies to ensure timely delivery.”


可以提供客户评价、案例分析等证据来增强客户的信心。例如:“Here are some testimonials from our satisfied customers who have purchased the same product. You can be assured of the quality and service.”


创造紧迫感——


提及产品的热销程度,让客户感到如果不尽快下单可能会错过。例如:“This product is in high demand and selling fast. Place your order now to ensure you get it before Thanksgiving.”


个性化沟通——


根据客户的具体情况和需求进行个性化的催单。了解客户的业务、项目进度等,将催单内容与客户的实际情况相结合。例如:“I know your project is coming up soon. Our product can help you meet your deadlines. Consider placing an order before Thanksgiving for a seamless experience.”
